"I posted a bathroom job on a Bark App and within ten minutes I got a notification that I had about 5 responses. I spoke to Cormac of Buildaway first, explained my plans a bit and he asked where I was and when I told him, he said I am not far, I will come and view the place. In half an hour he was at the door and from his introduction in my mind I said I think he will do the job. He came in, I showed him and detailed my proposal, he listened and then checked, measured and said to me it is doable and will get back to me with a quotation detailing the scope of work. Indeed he delivered as promised, we discussed thoroughly in detail, checking everything, gave me ideas as well as listening to me. We agreed on a plan and he delivered. Any issues or worries I may have had, he was always available to explain and reassured me. Cormac is very good with communication, listening, advising, a hard worker and an excellent team/project leader.
